Campbell house
Campbell House located on Cameron Road in Tauranga. The design brief was simply and
clear , to create
an attractive
new two story building quality products that enhance the site
and maximise the floor are for the client.
Extensive use of glass giving natural daylight to interior spaces and providing panoramic views
over to the playing fields
of Tauranga Boys College giving a feel of space . A main stair and
elevator providing access to the second level. This building comprised oft two major elements –
Plenty of office space with loads of off street parking .
The large open facility provides 2 levels for tenants to easily create there own interior layouts
without any restraints of the building
